The cost for each copy is $ 12.95, with an additional $ 2.00 Shipping and Handling Charge, making the total for your 1 copy order $ 14.95 for orders within the continental USA. Your credit card will be debited for this amount. Overseas orders should add 20% of the total price for added costs of shipment (or, $ 17.95 in USD funds for a single copy).

We usually ship within 24 hours from receipt of your order, and shipment is made by United States Postal Service, unless otherwise requested.
